May Street Cottages is a residential apartment complex in Lansing, Michigan, that redefines sustainability with an approach that makes green living second nature. The cottages blend cutting-edge eco-tech like rainwater harvesting and solar canopies with vibrant, floral, shared spaces that bring nature to one's doorstep.
The brand identity was designed to emulate the flow between organic and modern, vibrant and minimalist, self-fulfilling and community-oriented.
